Prom Season is upon us! We have scheduled more proms this season than we know what to do with and we are so excited about that! It gives us the opportunity to showcase our products for schools… like prom books and prom posters! Prom Books are essentially photographic directories that contain the prom photography… both the formals and the candids. The kids love these books, and they are a great keepsake! Our Prom Posters are turning into a fast hit this year too, we have created our own poster template that gives students another fun option to add to their traditional portrait packages. Its important in this day and age to understand your client’s desires and their own capabilities photographically. Some families may try to save money on portraits by taking several at home. However consider that the prom committee has worked very hard with the photographer to come up with a themed background to create this once in a lifetime prom portrait. Some families may rely on advanced cameras and software to get a nice prom photo, but again, consider that professional photographers already have the experience, equipment, technology and software to do it. After all it is their profession! Naturally with the economy in the state it’s in, we expect some numbers to drop however, we are creating new services, products and using all the available technology to help us give the students more of what they want! Our Virtual Background systems are state of the art projection systems that give us the ability to create the most amazing background options. Virtual backgrounds do not have the green spill issues associated with using green screen!
